IN-SEASON TRAINING PROGRAMS
PowerPlay In-Season Training offers personal training programs for competitive athletes that want to bring out the best out of their game/competition.
Using Canadian Sport for Life’s Long Term Athlete Development Model, we create programs that increase strength, speed, power and cardiovascular endurance. All programs are tailored specifically to each age group to ensure proper athlete development.
Our experienced trainers have been working with elite athletes for over 10 years including at Peak Centre for Human Performance in Ottawa, RHP in Sudbury and even with youth Rugby and Aussie Rules teams in Australia. Having worked with the best, we believe that northern athletes have what it takes to compete at high levels.
