Kap's first-ever PD Day Camps!  Rockbox Crossfit and PowerPlay Hockey are teaming up to bring you PD Day Camps!  Camps are full of fun and educations sessions all day long.  All details are below:

PD DAY CAMP #1

​

Date: November 6, 2020

​

Price: $60 + HST ($67.80)

​

Location: Kapuskasing Sports Palace (70 Brunelle Road North, Kapuskasing)

​

Hours: 9AM to 3PM

​

Sessions:

• On-Ice (2 hours) (with Sheldon Reasbeck)

• Off-Ice (45 min) (with Tania Torok)

• Nutrition (45 min) (with Kaylee Wedge)

• Yoga (45 min) (with Janelle Edwards)

• Mental Training (45 min) (with Kylannah Koivisto)

Lunch:  Please bring your own lunch (Some snacks and drinks will be provided)

Payment:  Camp fee can be paid by

• Cheque written to PowerPlay Hockey
